Earth Connection Portugal Controversy - reply to Han Maaslands attacks

Reply to Han Maasland's defamatory attacks (who keeps posting my police father is a peadophile, that I am a peadophile) and commenting on the Earth Connection Portugal legal controversy, and the fire.

(with additional legal commentary re The European Court of Human Rights Santo Daime trial and the dispute Spiritual Master Free Spirit v The Santo Daime Church (which Santo Daime Church lost)

Han Maasland (aka Johannes Maasland)  the now-ex husband of Dani Mar and in November 2016 was arrested with 14 kilos of weed, LSD and other substances.  It was cannabis and it was Johannes cannabis.

It was November 2016 and the Ayahuasca Defence Fund admitted the truth of the raid after the family of Dani Mar kept posting defamation and lies about me on various smear sites (until it got removed), 

Han Maasland then resorted to sending peadophile jokes and posting defamation my police father is a peadophile. Legally it was attacking my work with malice and it ruined Santo Daime Church.

Legal Summary

On January 23rd 2017 Dani Mar's husband (who was on police bail after being arrested with 14 kilos of cannabis in November 2016) threatened me and my wife whilst drunk, threatened to put me in a wheelchair and then claimed he had the power to arrange a crippling and a murder.

The womans family at Sanctuary 1860 also kept reposting Dani Mar's husbands threats, adding their own, inciting Dani Mar's husband to keep at it, and their friends were posting sick lies until the foretold fire destroyed Earth Connection Portugal and Sanctuary 1860, both places doing ayahuasca.

It was November 2016 and the ICEERS Ayahuasca Defence Fund ultimately admitted the raid happened  (after defaming me as a liar by proxy and inciting death threats).

 Earth Connection Controversy

In November of 2016, the Portuguese GNR (police) raided the home of the leaders of Earth Connection, an ayahuasca retreat center in Portugal. A controversy ensued in which various parties took to the internet in campaigns to discredit others and undermine the sanctity of the ayahuasca movement in Portugal. Any information encountered about these controversies should be read with a critical eye.

The GNR found 14 kilos of cannabis and it was Han Maaslands cannabis.

This story can be summed up as these people interfering in my legal business, my reputation, and trying to criminalize me in bad faith without first disposing of the 14 kilos of cannabis sacks. It can be said it is "playing God" in my legal business with bad motives and they are fully responsible for the consequences.

In this case when their intentions backfiired on themselves, they played the victim card and then attacking me and my work from a space of ayahuasca, cannabis and LSD fuelled derangement.

The story started in September 2016 when I refused to be of service to Dani Mar and her family at Earth Connection Portugal, after which the woman interfered in my legal business, and the intentions backfired which showed up as a police raid that found 14 kilos of cannabis in their house

The woman's actions can be "legally defined" as "hidden hand attempted extortion", aka interfering in other peoples legal business to get money. The legal meaning was, serve the work of Dani Mar and fund Sanctuary 1860 or we interfere in your legal business to criminalize you and your work.

Using the legal evidence from the Aluna Experience Podcasts the womans family admitted she was lured over by Dani Mar to Portugal "aka sucked in". She invited the entire family over to Portugal, admitted it was a mistake, complained none of them had money, admitted her relationship with "Johannes" was on the rocks, and both of them attempted to sell me a place at Earth Connection Portugal in 2016.

Johannes was growing big sacks of cannabis to the tune of 14 kilos for the Sanctuary 1860 and in November 2016 he and Dani Mar were arrested for drug trafficking. 

Before interfering in my legal business (an attempt that backfired and criminalized Santo Daime Church) the woman failed to tell Johannes to get rid of the cannabis sacks.

When I said I was done with ayahuasca ans these people in August 2016 - the woman reported me to the USA in a civil matter in September 2016 and as said by another in the paragraph above it was done to create a "danger situation" in a "hidden hand" attempt to interfere with my marriage, leave my wife and make it look like someone else did it - with the failed intention to influence my free will and change my mind (and go to Earth Connection Portugal, and pay). By "danger situation" meaning create a menacing looking situation to make it look like I better be afraid and hide from a lawsuit, that she instigated by proxy., and failed to tell "Johannes" to dispose of the cannabis sacks,

 At bottom (to use legal terminology)- she wanted me to go there, fund her family shortfall and serve them, and when I did not want that, then interfered in my legal business to try and manipulate the consent. She told the Plaintiffs where I was and it was not "Johannes" and Johannes admitted it was her as such in June 2017 in his harassment campaign (which started in January 2017 and 2 months after the police took the Santo Maria aka cannabis) which involved over 700 counts of harassment that she and her family were ordering on purpose and often before these 8ths (covered elsewhere).

These Plaintiffs back in the day basically got nothing in a 1.6 million dollar lawsuit, these people kept posting links and harassment to attempt to coerce perjury and coerce settlement (which also failed), the attempt to criminalize me (and ruin my reputation) failed, and the intention to try and criminalize me for money, criminalized her and Johannes with the cannabis sacks, and her entire Santo Daime Church with the prohibition (criminalization of ayahuasca). 

A lot can be said about the story but in short it is bad faith interference in my Article 9, that has destroyed the religious freedoms of hundreds of thousands of people and cursed the church with the ban.

The European Court of Human Rights has found that a person cannot be forced to demonstrate views or behaviour associated with a particular religion.

which explains why the Santo Daime was in the European Court of Human Rights on Article 9 as a direct karma consequence for interfering in mine,  and LOST

It would be fair to say that the combination of interference in my legal affairs and my free will together is the combined root cause of the cancellation of the Santo Daime’s Article 9 in Earth Law

At bottom the womans initial actions (with Freedman in support later) are the entire cause of the criminalisation of all of the European Santo Daime Churches including the cancellation of the Article 9 legal rights of the Mother Church of Santo Daime Amsterdam - of which the woman originally came from.

Rope Magic as Prime Cause

To back up the comment "Johannes" was at bottom the victim of her actions" he would not have been arrested with the 14 kilos of cannabis (in November 2016) had Dani Mar not interfered in my legal business first (which was September 2016) and that was only done as I refused to service her, her ayahuasca family and "have the rope".

At bottom of everything, that being the first cause of something in fundamental truth, the making of the rope *in September 2016) is the cause of the entire dispute (and the resultant "race waste" and it is unlikely "Johannes" ever agreed to the rope or its implications. It was made to look like Johannes interfered in my legal business first, and he was the villain, when in truth it was her.

When he "understood energy" and "what the rope was" Johannes went his own way and the cause of their break up is not me, but the effects of making the "rope" which is fully elaborated upon elsewhere.

She (and not I) is at bottom - aka first cause - at fault - for the entire dispute and then everyone else who then backed her up, are fully responsible for their part.

Article 9 Interference

To summarize this comment the Ayahuasca Defence Fund and Freedman were interfering in an absolute Article 9 right that they, nor the authorities, nor even the law, had or have the right to interfere in.

Since 2017, their position is, I can be forced to service ayahuasca, a religion, a woman, and a set of doctrines that are morally objectionable, incompatible with me, my path, and my community.

As others have said it is interference in free will, with wilful malice. 

Even the lawyers at the Ayahuasca Defence Fund who apparently "specialize in human rights" tried interfering with my Article 9 (and Article 8) and failed. The legal meaning of their actions is, service ayahuasca and do what our religion demands, or we will keep interfering in your Article 9, which comes under attempting to interfere in an absolute Article 9 right (which I have and they do not have).

In fair comment the mass dissolution of the power base (and the cancellation of Article 9) of the organization known as Santo Daime Church is at bottom a karma curse of consequence of malicious interference in Article 9 see ASCENT

These people are fully responsible for their misguided actions and it is fair comment (and indeed the truth) that 14 kilos of cannabis in law is too much cannabis.

the Earth Connection Portugal and Sanctuary 1860 were served with legal "particulars of claim" in June and July 2017. Understanding Energy refused postal service of the claim but the Sanctuary 1860 signed for the letter on August 4th 2017 and thus received the particulars of claim.

Their response to service of Particulars of Claim for harassment, defamation and other associated claims, in August 2017 was to escalate a campaign of posting defamation and harassment until October 2017 when the foretold fire commented on elsewhere destroyed several retreat centres in the extended family and in their words, losses ran into 300,000 euros.

These people also attempted in various ways to interfere in an old lawsuit involving me in September 2016 in an attempt to get Euros 300,000 (for themselves), without any rightful claim, to fund ayahuasca retreats, their extended families and to fund a network of luxury ayahuasca retreats in Portugal and in October 2017 the fires caused a 300,000 euro collective loss in what can be seen as divine retribution.
 

The legal meaning of the threat (and the actions of these people at the time was), perjure and admit you published a post you did not (and there is legal evidence to back up I was not even the poster), and use your birth name in a declaration of perjury, and if you wont do it, we will go back to court and demand 1.6 million, and then others will defame you as mentally ill (and we will post up links to the case and harass you to coerce you to do what the Plaintiff wants, namely perjure).

The Plaintiff did not ask for the 1.6 million in the complaint in the judgment prayer and asked for $669.74 in costs on a 1.6 million claim and that Plaintiff then closed her business in October 2021.  

Han Maasland was in fact was the victim of Dani Mar's actions and his actions cancelled her intentions on me and neutralized the sting of a malicious persecution $1.6 million lawsuit. The statement can be substantiated on evidence.The flaw in this entire "conspiracy" (that comes under interfering in my legal business to get money they had no rightful claim to) was that Dani Mar never told her husband at the time to get rid of the 14 kilos of cannabis - aka the Santa Maria (and the LSD seals) before interfering in my legal business and thus the woman and family got hoisted by their own petard.

On divine retribution (or returned intentions) in June and July 2017 the bane of legal persecution appeared in Santo Daime as a prohibition on the sacrament - most notably in Ceu de Santa Maria Santo Daime Amsterdam who were denied in the Court of Appeal and the Dutch Supreme Court.

When interfering in my legal business failed, then, in 2017 with the backing of the Ayahuasca Defence Fund and their so called "legal advisors", the organization Santo Daime Church commanded by Adrian Freedman then declared open war on me and my work (because I refused to serve her work with ayahuasca and in revenge for the police seizing the cannabis sacks).

Freedman, Dani Mar and her family, with Johannes, all ordered the ill-conceived aggression against me (including threats of violence and posting up I am a pedoophile) and for that, there is much evidence. 

It comes under trying to use harassment, legal persecution and intimidation to attempt to force me to service ayahuasca, and there are stiff karma consequences for such deranged ignorance.

Foretold Fires

I foresaw on countless occasions various ayahuasca retreat centres destroyed in fires and the prophecies came true, the people were warned many times threatening me with violence before ayahuasca was unwise, and they were forewarned about the fires.

Earth Connection Portugal, Sanctuary 1860, Gravito was involved in repeatedly threatening me with violence, assisting the aggressors and then lying about it. The facts are the fires at Earth Connection Portugal, Sanctuary 1860, Gravito (and many other places as well) were foretold before it happened and it coincided with Dani Mar doing ayahuasca with those threatening me with violence in order to try and force my energy into ayahuasca ceremony.

In brief, the ayahuasca community (foolishly) kept threatening me with violence before ayahuasca in order to force themselves into my energy, to make me be non-consensually fused in the astral planes with Dani Mar using astral planes witchcraft - using the defence of honest opinion based on evidence - thats why the fires happened. Gravito (which also was impacted by a foretold fire) was involved in repeatedly threatening me with violence, assisting the aggressors and then lying about it. The facts are the fire at Gravito was foretold a week before it happened and it coincided with Miguel Humblet doing ayahuasca with those threatening me with violence at Sanctuary 1860 in order to try and force my energy into ayahuasca ceremony.

They were warned such an action was ill-advised and a week later, using the legal defence of honest opinion, a foretold fire bearing the hallmarks of divine retribution badly damaged Gravito and killed 64 people (it then happened again the very same year)

Ayahuasca Black Magic and the Fires

To comment briefly here, on the Earth Connection Portugal fire that burned the place down (as well as Sanctuary 1860) in October 2017, these people were all involved in ayahuasca "black magic", irresponsible work with ayahuasca, using alcohol before ayahuasca, unethical behaviour and harassing participants (which ICEERS wrote was something never to do).

Nobody should do ayahuasca with people who drink alcohol before facilitating ceremony.

Onanya Joni condemned their drunken behaviour on their website.

In legal evidence from 2017, when warned of this foretold fire Johannes, as well as people involved with Sanctuary 1860 (Attila and Alexandra Akat now of the Ayahuasca Aluna Healing Center USA ), kept posting harassment, lies and threats to kill.

It was when Johannes was on police bail for a cannabis trafficking charge of 14 kilograms (as well as supply LSD) and the Ayahuasca Defence Fund admitted they were arrested (they meaning the leaders of Earth Connection Portugal).

Each time they did it I kept foretelling a fire both at Earth Connection Portugal and the Sanctuary 1860, most notably in January, April, July and October 2017, and then that is exactly what happened, the foretold fire destroyed both places and burned the ayahuasca retreats to the ground.

I became immune to the witchcraft used and it was simply gatecrashing my energy in ayahuasca using intimidation to get energy and these people (falsely) believe they have the right to force my energy in ayahuasca ceremonies.

Santo Daime Persecution of me goes BAD

Adrian Freedman commander of a now "legally wasted" Santo Daime was behind a 5 year campaign of harassment and he was inciting these people to post lies, threats, threats to kill and malicious lies.

The Ayahuasca Defence Fund and Freedman, with backing from Benjamin Meeus (legal advisor to Santo Daime Church), tried to frame me for peodophilia and rape, with wilful malice, and FAILED.

Their (somewhat deranged and deluded) story is then, I am obligated to service Dani Mar, finish brahmachariya and fund Aluna, and do what their religious doctrines demand, or be ruthlessly stalked, persecuted and defamed for peodophilia and defamed for rape.

They are in error on Article 9 and the consequence of their actions is the cancellation of Article 9 throughout Europe resulting in criminalization of ayahuasca.

These people kept posting defamation and harassment to attempt to ruin my reputation and failed, and the intention to try and criminalize me for money failed, criminalized Dani Mar and Johannes with the cannabis sacks, and her entire Santo Daime Church with the prohibition (criminalization of ayahuasca), and a DEA raid for Aluna (the inevitable consequences of their actions).

The Ayahuasca Defence Fund were also involved, cursing them with bad legal outcomes for ayahuasca.

The end consequence of interfering in my work and legal business, is a curse of collapse on an international organization of ayahuasca and the criminalization for ayahuasca in all the courts in Europe.

They tried to criminalize me for Aluna, failed and then the DEA got involved, and they are to blame.

Johannes took the matter seriously, divorced the woman, understood Dani Mar's intentions and left the story. In legal evidence a fire has been foretold many times at Aluna, and thats in addition to the background story of the other fires, and as said elsewhere I am not responsible for Aluna's work.

The European Court of Human Rights dismissed the Santo Daime complaint of religious freedoms and the result was criminalization of the Santo Daime Amsterdam from where the Aluna people come from.

In 2017 they were warned, persecute me with malice and you will have the prohibition of ayahuasca in every country, and thats exactly what went down.

This coercive and criminal drug trafficking cult Santo Daime tried to coerce me with malicious intentions to serve Aluna (and fund them which comes under attempted extortion by a criminal cult), including making defamatory allegations, posting harassment, stalking us, making files on my wife, defaming us, lying about us, trying to sue us (unsuccessfully) making threats to kill, more than 700 (seven hundred) times.

Freedman was caught inciting people to make the threats and he ordered Johannes "peadophile jokes" because we wouldn't serve this woman Dani Mar's energy in ayahuasca. The end result of the dispute was Santo Daime "race waste" and Europe-wide the organization is in legal status totally destroyed.

The woman, backed up by Freedman and the energy of half a million+ ayahuasca drinkers, falsely believed they had the right to use my energy and then become powerful as an empire on it, which comes under previous rope magic comments (violating Article 9) and on cancellation of this Article 9 energy violation (aka rope magic, binding magic, on which the woman was drawing from the entire race to do), the organization known as Santo Daime Amsterdam (aka Céu da Santa Maria (Amsterdam) who the woman admitted being from, lost all their energy, and then lost on Article 9 in the European Court of Human Rights.

The legal facts of this case is this woman and a lot of other people believed I could be coerced to serve ayahuasca and put up with death threats, harassment, defamation and numerous GDPR violations.

Freedman himself admitted he had 1,000+ emails warning him to address the problems, and with his own email, had people keep going, and keep going, and the disgusting harassment was coming from this woman, her family and her Church. Freedman and the Ayahuasca Defence Fund backed up their ill-conceived aggression and as foretold, got hit with a curse of Europe-wide criminalization of ayahuasca.


This empire of ayahuasca in honest opinion lost all of their energy to counteract this "rope magic" (aka Santo Daime black magic), resulting in "race waste" (aka "carcass race in sorcery").

In legal evidence this same "rope magic" backed up with Santo Daime intimidation had a large part to do with all these fires burning down their retreat centres.

False Claims of Rights to my Energy

The energy facts of this dispute are that since 2016 Dani Mar and the ayahuasca community were advised that I never wished to serve this woman, the ayahuasca community nor her family at Sanctuary 1860 citing the disallowed use of my energy in service of ayahuasca. Since then the woman and the entire ayahuasca community objected, making false arrogation claims on my energy in ayahuasca.

The end result is the Santo Daime Church criminalized, stripped of energy and stripped of legal status, which was their intentions. The woman interfered in my legal business with bad motives, failed and cursed Santo Daime with the ban (on honest opinion).

The woman and anors were warned repeatedly in 2017,2018,2019, 2020 and 2021 to stop posting intimidation before ayahuasca, to stop ayahuasca (because of foretold fires), to clean up their ethical (and legal act) after which en mass the ayahuasca community with the backup of Adrian Freedman began a series of malicious attacks designed to force me to serve ayahuasca.

The womans family at Sanctuary 1860 also kept reposting Dani Mar's husbands threats, adding their own, inciting Dani Mar's husband to keep at it, and their friends were posting sick lies until the foretold fire destroyed Earth Connection Portugal and Sanctuary 1860, both places doing ayahuasca.

In response to Cease and Desists, legal communications and being CC'd in police reports, they escalated the behaviour, as a result people got arrested for ayahuasca in Portugal.

The nexus of Freedmans actions were, serve the ayahuasca work of Dani Mar, or we put you in a wheelchair and smear you as a mentally sick pedophile, and report you to the cops for pedophilia and rape, and we will pay people to do it, and we will keep stalking you and your wife, and we wont stop doing it until you serve ayahuasca, and the Ayahuasca Defense Fund will back me up (as they did, to their detriment, appearing as prohibition for ayahuasca).

Adrian Freedman and anors was warned in May 2017 and July 2017 (and at many other times) of catastophic fires destroying ayahuasca retreat centres, after which he had me threatened, stalked and smeared as mentally ill, for which there is much evidence.

Such fires then happened as foretold and after Freedman's ayahuasca work in October 2017 a second (foretold) deadly fire gutted a bunch of additional ayahuasca retreats on top of the June 2017 fire that gutted Gravito.

The idiot kept showing up in Portugal inciting harassment before his ayahuasca works as well and his actions cost him the legal status of his Santo Daime (as foretold).

Not only was the Gravito fire foretold but the Earth Connection Portugal fire was foretold, the Sanctuary 1860 fire was foretold, the Caminho da Luz fire was foretold, the Lagos fire fire was foretold, the Monchique fire was foretold, and a fire was foretold in Temple of the Earth, Dharma Garden and Senses Camping.

The woman is BARRED from our community and our retreat centre, we are not serving this womans work with ayahuasca and a fire was also foretold several times at Aluna Ayahuasca Retreat in the USA. 

Dissolution of Adrian Freedmans Santo Daime Church

Adrian Freedmans Santo Daime organization was DISSOLVED in 2018 as a direct result of this legal dispute which he LOST, he now supplies ayahuasca (illegally and without legal authorization) under the organization name of Lotus Cura which has absolutely nothing to do with me, my centre and our work.

We are NOT responsible for the legal persecution problems afflicting the Santo Daime Church and ithe story of its legal status, Freedman tried to shove onto us a lot of nasty persecution karma that also has nothing to do with us. He had to have it (it meaning the nasty persecution karma) back and his Santo Daime Church has been CRIMINALIZED in every country of Europe (as foretold).

Freedman and his Church members kept defaming, harassing, slandering and threatening me and members of my community in revenge for an arrest by the GNR that seized 14 kilos of cannabis that was NOT my cannabis, nor my legal responsibility, and legally was defined as wilful malice.

The woman named Dani Mar was interfering in my legal business with very dubious motives and without ascertaining the relevant facts in 2016 to assist a company to try and criminalize me in bad fath (which comes under the term of legal persecution) to sue me for 1.6 million in damages and without telling her now ex-husband to get rid of the 14 kilos of cannabis sacks.

That business was DENIED and that business is now PERMANENTLY CLOSED.

When they (they meaning the leaders of Earth Connection Portugal to quote the Ayahuasca Defence Fund) were arrested with the 14 kilos of cannabis, they started attacking my reputation, persecuting me, and they lost an online smearing war that involved trying to discredit my reputation.

What then happened was the Santo Daime was struck with a bane (aka a curse) of what they complain to be "legal persecution"" and its their karma for interfering in my legal business and persecuting me en mass in the name of ayahuasca.

In 2017 they were warned, persecute me with malice and you will have the prohibition of ayahuasca in every country, and thats exactly what went down. They were also forewarned about these fires.
